lessheatproducedbyyourcomputer.

TheFreeMarketeditionofAppriorityalsousestherenicecommand
toputthehighestpriorityontheactiveapplicationyouare
currentlyworkingin.Openapplicationsthatareinactivewill
automaticallyberenicedtoalowerpriority.Renicingisdone
automaticallyasyouswitchamongyouropenapplications.(This
featureisnotavailableintheMacAppStoreedition).

Apprioritytellsyouwhatapplicationsareusingthemostcpu
resourcesandmakesiteasytobringtheirusagetoahalt.It
reportsyouraverageCPUloadandmore.

Appriorityisdesignedtobeeasytouseandmakesnopermanent
changestoyoursystem.Simplylaunchittoturniton,andquit
ittoreturnallofyourapplicationstonormal.
